How to remove Ransomware and protect your system against it.

How to protect the attack of Ransomware or any other Virus

  • Make sure all the software on your system is up to date. This includes the operating system, the browser and all of the plug-ins that a modern browser typically uses.
  • One of the most common infection vectors is a malicious exploit that leverage a software vulnerability. Keeping software up to date helps minimize the likelihood that your system has an exposed vulnerability on it.
  • Make sure you use a good licensed antivirus software and not that free ones.
  • If you don't have any antivirus installed in your system, then please enable "Windows Defender" and "Windows Firewall" until you buy a good antivirus software.
  • Do not download any file through email attachment that contains ".exe" file.
  • Always scan the pen drive or any other removable device before you use it.
  • Always keep your data backed up in any other removable device or cloud storage.
  • Here are some good antiviruses that you can use :-
  1. Kaspersky
